Lucky me to have found Meryl Lemeshow and The Fitness Prescription.  Definitely knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and patient.  I look forward to my workouts!  It is tailored to my specific physical needs and with Meryl’s assistance and help I know I will be continually challenged.  Thanks Meryl.
